Lived Potential has recently registered with the Carer Gateway. We have the ability to provide emergency and planned respite services via referral from the Carer Gateway. Carers (or "informal supports" if you will) play a major role in the lives of people with a disability, and they often go unsupported and face the very real threat of burnout. At Lived Potential we have first hand experience of this and have therefore decided to ensure we can be a part of this solution.

Carer Gateway is an Australian Government program providing free services and support for carers. 

If you care for a family member or friend with disability, a medical condition, mental illness, or who is frail due to age, then Carer Gateway can help you.
